Overview

Resetting ledger totals can be a potentially dangerous utility. This utility erases all totals and rebuilds them based on existing transactions. This utility should ONLY be run under guidance from RDP support personnel. Many times, ledger totals may change with this utility and must be adjusted with Generate Ledger Totals from the Accounting | G/L or Night Audit submenu.
