Reservation Analysis: Cancel Date column added

Cancel Date has been added to the list of available Additional Columns.

Switch 109-22: For repeat guests, don't use SOB from guest history

When set to Yes, the source of business saved on the guest history record will not be brought into a new reservation. Instead, the source of business will be blank and will be a required field.

Edit Reservation Comments

A new button has been added to the Reservation Comments tab which allows users to edit the reservation comments without opening the Change Reservation form.

System Switches Color Coded

Reservations | Configuration | Checkbox

Enable this feature to display color codes which identify switches based on user, resort, system or computer.

Colors:

• Blue = User

• Green = Resort

• Red = System (All resorts)

• Brown = Workstation (Computer)

Switch 414-82: Camel case name fields

With this switch enabled any character after a space or special character will be upper cased.

Enabled only for name and address fields on the reservation change screen, which is used when making a new reservation or modifying an existing reservation.

Switch 414-81: Format phone fields to 111-222-3333 x123

When enabled as digits are typed, the dashes will appear.

If more than 10 digits are typed, it is assumed it is an extension: 123-456-7890 x 12

If a + is the first character, then there is no formatting. This will allow for non-US phone numbers or anything else that needs to be put in.

Any phone numbers currently in the database in any format will be reformatted when displayed

The phone number on screen with dashes will be stored in the database in the exact format displayed on the screen

Reporter

Reporter | Reports | Forecasting | StatCategoryGrowthReport_Daily

A new report, StatCategoryGrowthReport_Daily has been added to the Forecasting folder. The report will show the daily growth between 2 Booking Dates for a Future Date Range. The Report prompts for Statistical Category which allows the growth to be seen in a variety of ways such as Source of Business, Market Code, City-State, State-Country, ZipCode, Res Type, Room Number, Room Type, Rate Plan, Travel Agent, Group Number, Entered By, Res Length and Nights.

Res: UI Security added to the Rates button on Res Change Detail

When the fence level is set higher than the user power level then access to change rates is denied.

Switch 421-79: Turn Off Advance Purchase in RDPWin

This switch allows Advance Purchase feature to be turned off for RDPWin but still active for IRMng.

Advance Purchase works with a discount rate plan to offer guests the opportunity to receive larger discounts for reservations booked further out from the arrival date. As the arrival date approaches, the discount amount decreases, encouraging guests to book earlier. Rates that do not meet the advance purchase criteria are automatically hidden from the guest.
