Agent Letter

Select an Agent from Analysis and click Letter from Options to display all letters available to Agents.  In the sample below, three separate Agent email letters are configured.  The number of selections depends on how many Agent email letters are configured on the Reporter Configuration Confirmation Settings tab.

E-mail

Click the E-mail button to send the selected letter to the Agent via e-mail.

Print

Click the Print button to access the Print Setup screen and send the letter to the selected printer.

Preview

Click the Preview button to open the Report Viewer with the selected letter displayed.  Close the Viewer to continue.
