Overview
The CRM Web access component allows a guest to access their frequent guest information via the Internet. CRMWeb is installed on the IRM (Internet Reservation Module) web server or any web server that can access the RDP data server. Follow these steps to insure web access to guests:
- Install the CRM Web on 2003 Server or CRM Web on 2008 Server.
- Configure the CRM Web.
- Set the general settings for the CRMWeb.
- Customize the CRMWeb to match existing marketing websites.
General Settings
Unless otherwise specified, CRM configuration settings are found on
the RDPWin --> CRM --> Configuration screen and need to be configured at the CRM
data server. One exception is that a few tables (use RDPWin System main menu --> Table Maintenance) need to be configured at each property: state and country
codes: tables CB, CP, and WB.
When configuring the Properties, etc., tabs - log into RDP01 on the data
server. Configure the Properties, Contact Types, E-Mail Types, Phone Types
used in CRM. Guest Types and Market Codes must be configured at
each property.
