Printing in RDPWin should have a professional look. RDP recommends using Reporter and Crystal Reports to print when a report is needed for records. In the case of just needing to see a quick print-out of something, follow the steps below:
Activity Coupon
- Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
- Select a reservation from the grid.
- Click the Itinerary tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
- Highlight the activity for which to print the coupon.
- Click Print/Preview Ticket. An activity must be selected or the button does nothing.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click Preview to confirm the coupon is correct.
- Close the coupon report.
- Click Print.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Cancellation Confirmation
- Select Reservations from the main menu.
- Select Reservation to be cancelled.
- Click Cancel from Options.
- Enter Cancellation Reason.
- Click Save.
- At the Continue With form, click Print Confirmation.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Confirmation from New Reservations
- Select New Reservation from the Reservations main menu.
- Select type of reservation.
- Complete reservation details.
- Click Make Reservation.
- Enter guest information.
- At the Continue With form, click Print Confirmation.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Confirmation From Reporter
- Select E-mail Confirmation from the Reporter main menu.
- Select the type of confirmation to be printed (single, arrival, cancel, etc.)
- Click Find Res.
- Enter the name, reservation number, or room number (if In-House) of the reservation to be confirmed.

Note: If no e-mail address exists for the selected reservation, the system prompts to enter one.
- Enter Subject of e-mail
- Enter or select the desired Body Report to be used as the format for the confirmation if one is not set in Configuration.
- Choose the Crystal Report to be attached, if any.
- Select PDF (Adobe), Word, or None as the Report Format.
- Click Preview to review the confirmation.
- Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
- Select pages and number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Folio From Check-Out
- Select reservation from In-House or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
- Select a reservation from the grid.
- Click Check-Out from Options.
- Click Preview Folio.
- Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Continue with the check-out process.
- Once complete, click Start from the main menu.
Folio From Reservation Details
- Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
- Select a reservation from the grid.
- Click the Folio tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
- Click Preview Folio.
- Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
OR
- Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
- Select a reservation from the grid.
- Click the Folio tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
- Right-click and select Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
House Status
- Select House Status from the Reservations main menu.
- Right-click and select Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Housekeeping Boards
- Select Schedule from the Housekeeping main menu.
- Click anywhere in Today's Schedule grid.
- Right-click and select Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
- Click OK.
- Click Start from the main menu.
Housekeeping Summary
- Select Schedule from the Housekeeping main menu.
- Click anywhere in Today's Summary grid.
- Right-click and select Print.
- Select appropriate number of copies.
