Printing in RDPWin should have a professional look.  RDP recommends using Reporter and Crystal Reports to print when a report is needed for records. In the case of just needing to see a quick print-out of something, follow the steps below:

Activity Coupon

  1. Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click the Itinerary tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Highlight the activity for which to print the coupon.
  5. Click Print/Preview Ticket.  An activity must be selected or the button does nothing.
  6. Select appropriate number of copies.
  7. Click Preview to confirm the coupon is correct.
  8. Close the coupon report.
  9. Click Print.
  10. Click Start from the main menu.

Cancellation Confirmation

  1. Select Reservations from the main menu.
  2. Select Reservation to be cancelled.
  3. Click Cancel from Options.
  4. Enter Cancellation Reason.
  5. Click Save.
  6. At the Continue With form, click Print Confirmation.
  7. Select appropriate number of copies.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Start from the main menu.

Confirmation from New Reservations

  1. Select New Reservation from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select type of reservation.
  3. Complete reservation details.
  4. Click Make Reservation.
  5. Enter guest information.
  6. At the Continue With form, click Print Confirmation.
  7. Select appropriate number of copies.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Start from the main menu.

Confirmation From Reporter

  1. Select E-mail Confirmation from the Reporter main menu.
  2. Select the type of confirmation to be printed (single, arrival, cancel, etc.)
  3. Click Find Res.
  4. Enter the name, reservation number, or room number (if In-House) of the reservation to be confirmed.
  5. Note: If no e-mail address exists for the selected reservation, the system prompts to enter one.

  6. Enter Subject of e-mail
  7. Enter or select the desired Body Report to be used as the format for the confirmation if one is not set in Configuration.
  8. Choose the Crystal Report to be attached, if any.
  9. Select PDF (Adobe), Word, or None as the Report Format.
  10. Click Preview to review the confirmation.
  11. Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
  12. Select pages and number of copies.
  13. Click OK.
  14. Click Start from the main menu.

Folio From Check-Out

  1. Select reservation from In-House or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click Check-Out from Options.
  4. Click Preview Folio.
  5. Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
  6. Select appropriate number of copies.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Continue with the check-out process.
  9. Once complete, click Start from the main menu.

Folio From Reservation Details

  1. Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click the Folio tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Click Preview Folio.
  5. Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
  6. Select appropriate number of copies.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Start from the main menu.

OR

  1. Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click the Folio tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Right-click and select Print.
  5. Select appropriate number of copies.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Start from the main menu.

House Status

  1. Select House Status from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Right-click and select Print.
  3. Select appropriate number of copies.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Start from the main menu.

Housekeeping Boards

  1. Select Schedule from the Housekeeping main menu.
  2. Click anywhere in Today's Schedule grid.
  3. Right-click and select Print.
  4. Select appropriate number of copies.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Start from the main menu.

Housekeeping Summary

  1. Select Schedule from the Housekeeping main menu.
  2. Click anywhere in Today's Summary grid.
  3. Right-click and select Print.
  4. Select appropriate number of copies.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Start from the main menu.

Itinerary

  1. Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click the Itinerary tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Click Preview Itinerary.
  5. Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
  6. Select appropriate number of copies.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Start from the main menu.

OR

  2. Select a reservation from the grid.

Work Order

  1. Select Monitor from the Work Orders main menu.
  2. Select a work order from the grid.
  3. Right-click and select Print Selected Work Order.
  4. Select appropriate number of copies.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Start from the main menu.

Work Order (All) for a Single Reservation

  1. Select Arrivals, In-House, or Departures from the Reservations main menu.
  2. Select a reservation from the grid.
  3. Click the Work Orders tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Right-click and select Print.
  5. Select appropriate number of copies.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Start from the main menu.

Work Order (One) for a Single Reservation

  3. Click the Work Orders tab in the Res Details area below the grid.
  4. Highlight the Work Order in the grid.
  5. Right-click and select Print Selected Work Order.
  6. Click the printer icon in the Report Viewer or Close the Report Viewer and click Print.
  7. Select appropriate number of copies.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Start from the main menu.
