Guest History Letter

Select Letter from Options to access the Find Guest History screen. Select a record to display all letters available for guest history. In the sample below, three separate guest history email letters are configured. The number of selections depends on how many guest history email letters are configured on the Reporter Configuration Confirmation Settings tab.

E-mail: Click the E-mail button to send the selected letter to the guest via e-mail.
Print: Click the Print button to access the Print Setup screen and send the letter to the selected printer.
Preview: Click the Preview button to open the Report Viewer with the selected letter displayed. Close the Viewer to continue.
