Change Tracking Overview

When the "S7 Change Tracking Module" is installed, properties can view and track changes made to reservations and masters with both the original record and the updated record.  For example, consider a reservation may have an arrival date of 9/1/2009.  Use Change Tracking to find out if the arrival has ever been changed; and if so, what was the arrival set prior to the change?  Has it been changed more than once?  Which user(s) made the change and when?  What was the rate before the change?  View the reservation detail before and after each change.  Track all changes to reservations made using RDPWin including the user whom made the change and the date/time.
 

Change Tracking Analysis View all changes made to any or all reservations and/or masters by date, person, reservation or master number.
Change Tracking Summary View all changes made to one specific reservation or master.
Changes Tab (on the Res) Display all changes made to a reservation quickly without leaving the Reservations area.

Note:  Changes made using RDP-DOS do not show on any RDPWin Change Tracking screens.  Only changes made using RDPWin are tracked.
