Overview

Frequent Guest module tracks all guest history.  Find a guest by name or guest number, add a new member, load members from existing guest history, and configure the module to user specification.
 

Find Guest

To find a guest by name or number, click Find in Navigation, the main menu, or the CRM Navigation page.  Enter the CRM Number or Guest Name and click the Find button.  If one unique guest record matches the entry, that guest is highlighted in the grid.  If there is more than one match, the grid displays the closest matches.  Double-click on a guest from the grid or click Select to display the Frequent Guest Information screen.  Click Close when finished.

Find Email Address
Enter one character, some characters, or the full e-mail address of the guest.  Click Find to display the guest with the requested (or closest match) selected in the grid and display the list alphabetically/numerically by e-mail address when searching by e-mail address.
Find By Alternate ID
When an Alternate ID is entered on the Details tab, the system can also search by this parameter.  Click Find to display the guest with the requested (or closest match) selected in the grid and display the list alphabetically/numerically by Alternate ID.
