  • Housekeeping Board
    The RDP definition of a board is a report with a schedule of rooms to clean. One individual or a team can clean from one board.
    Clean Status
    The current condition of a room.  Examples are clean, dirty, ready for inspection, etc. 
    Service Type
    Types of clean services available to be performed at the property.  Examples are daily, at check-out only, midweek, etc.
    Clean Patterns
    A pattern of service types that may be assigned to room types/numbers or reservation types such as midweek service only.
    Recurring Clean
    A periodic cleaning service performed at a property.  Examples are mattress flipping, and carpet cleaning.
    Clean Status Definitions:
    • Clean = " " (blank)
    • Dirty = D
    • Tidy = T
    • Ready for Inspection = I
