Switch 416-77: Display Cancellation List Drop Down

System | Switches | 416-77: Display Cancellation List Drop Down

To enable this feature, navigate to System | Switches. In the search field enter 416-77. Change the Setting to Yes. This will change the Cancellation Reason field from free form text to a drop-down list.

To define the list go to System | Table Maintenance | Select Table CL from the drop-down | Display. Click Add Sub-record. The sub-record is a 2-digit alphanumeric value that controls the sort order. The reason is limited to 20 characters.

When cancelling a reservation the sub-record does not display, only the reason displays.
