Mobile Check-In (module SU)

RDP Mobile Check-In (CIng) app is a mobile, streamlined version of the RDPWin Check-In. It is designed to quickly check-in guests that don’t need any changes to their current reservations. You can enter reservation notes on the final check-in page but if a guest would like to change rooms, change the numbers of guests or do anything else to change their reservation, then they should be directed to the front desk to check-in.

In this release, staff now have the ability to modify Reservation Comments during the Check-In process.

CMSng: Modify Access

Editing content in CMSng is now disabled by default. When disabled access is read-only and the message below is displayed.

To allow content change, users must enable the settings found within RDPWin under IRM | IRMng Configuration | CMS tab
