Travel Services and AIG Travel Guard

Since RDPWin charges the guest's credit card for travel services purchases immediately and puts the transaction detail in the property's advanced deposit ledger, reports are necessary to track reservations with Travel Services information in order to properly communicate with AIG Travel Guard.  RDPWin offers standard reports to assist with the accounting and tracking process:

1. BalanceDueTravelServices.rpt provides a list of reservations with insurance requested without payment.
   
   
2. TravelServiceCancellationsbyProduct provides a list of Travel Services cancellations sorted by product type (SDP/VP).
3. TravelServicePurchasesbyProduct provides a list of reservations sorted by purchased product (SDP/VP) for a specific date range.
   
4. TravelServicePurchasesbyResAgent provides a list of reservations sorted by reservationist name (RDPWin logon) for a specific date range.
