Fairfield Harbour - Owner Copy to HOA Resorts

Owner data from the RDP01 directory is copied to the HOA resorts (RDP02 - RDP06) each time an owner is added, changed, or deleted.

The owner copy function uses switch, C1OWNCPY. To turn on this feature, simply set this to Yes in the RDP01 directory.
This switch provides the ability to copy/synchronize various fields on the owner master and the owner comments with up to five resorts that serve as the HOA billing databases.
There are five HOA resorts (RDP02 - RDP06). Each owner in RDP01 may have one or contracts with property code '02' - '06' assigned. These property codes correspond to the HOA resort which the owner's information is synchronized to.
This switch must be set to No in resorts RDP02 - RDP06.
Each time an owner is added, changed, or deleted the corresponding action will occur in the appropriate HOA resort(s).
If the only field on the owner master that has changed is the Balance Due field, the system does NOT update the HOA resorts. The Balance Due is not one of the fields that needs to stay in sync. Updating this field will slow the processing time of posting transactions, global posting, processing revenue, etc.
