Getting Started

Welcome to RDP! We are so pleased you have chosen us as your property management solution.

This project will be handled in stages. You'll start with a Sales Handoff call where you'll meet the support department manager, discuss the scope of the project and a general time line established. From there a project manager will be assigned and introductions made. It is at this point that the project really gets underway. You'll be working hand in hand with our team to build your system, train your staff, enter data, and interface with 3rd parties such as credit card gateways, POS systems, and GDS providers to name a few. Ultimately we'll set a go-live date and launch the system.
