CRM - Remove Guest

(Customer Relationship Management (RX) module required.)

Remove Guest

If no guest is selected in the grid, open the Find Guest screen to select a guest to remove from history.  Highlight the appropriate guest record and click the Select button.  Click Remove Guest from Options.  A warning is displayed before the deletion.  "Yes" deletes the guest and "No" abandons the deletion process and returns to the Navigation screen.  Deleting a CRM record does not delete any associated guest history records.  See delete Guest History Master for more details.
