Conditions:

• Credit Card Gateway = Tenerum

• Non EMV device being used (Touch-Free Web)

Error:

Error when processing payment

Process: Process: Exception: System.IO.__Error.WinIOError - Access to the path is denied.

Error when entering a new credit card

ucResChangeDetail-btnNewCCard_Click: Exception: System.IO.__Error.WinIOError - Access to the path is denied.

Resolution:

This is a rights issue. RDP creates the file, tenerum.html in C:\Users\"UserName"\Documents. Uncheck the Read-only Attribute.
