Convert to Check-in, Totals Not Reset
When configuring switches for a Vacation Rental System the first time, some questions to consider are:
- Check the Vacation Rental System Features Switch 426-06 using the RDPWin main menu | System | Configuration | Vacation Rental System.
- Run Reset Res From Folio option from the Day End menu for all In-House reservations. This changes the buckets to include pre-posted transactions.

Convert to No Check-in
When configuring the system to use the Direct Check-Out feature, follow the steps above and then those below.
- From the System main menu | Configuration | Vacation Rental System, confirm the Allow Direct Check-Out (Switch 414-01) box is checked.
- From the System main menu | File Utilities, run the Convert To Direct Check-Out function.
