OwnerNg: Maximum nights for owners to make Guest of Owner and Referral Reservations

Added configuration for guest of owner / referral reservation max nights: RDPWin | IRM | IRM Configuration | Owner Tab | Max guest of owner/referral nights (in General group box). Default is 0, which means no limit.

Self Check-In: Allow late check-in for owner reservations

Added configuration for 'Allow owners to check-in after reservation arrival date': CMSng | Configuration | Check In | Self Check In Settings: check box for 'Allow owners to check-in after reservation arrival date '; If checked and current date is after reservation arrival date and Reservation Type is O, T, B or E check-in will be allowed to proceed
