IRMng: Google Analytics 4

After July 2023, Universal Analytics will no longer collect data. It is being replaced with Google Analytics 4.

As of ngSuite 5.3.2.3 Google Analytics 4 events and data layer will be fired.

Universal Analytics events and data layer still fire also.
