Show Owner Portion Summary

Enable this feature to display a Month to Date and Year to Date summary on the Reservation Listing Page

Month to Date Arrivals are defined as reservations with an arrival date from the beginning of the current month to the current date. Maintenance and canceled reservations are excluded. The owner portion is summed from hexpense.ownerportion and hexphist.ownerportion.
