Add Weeks (Contract Properties)

An active contract creates the weeks based on timeshare property type and configuration.  Use the Week Maintenance screen to update the week type (owner use, exchange, rental, banked).  Any other changes such as the week number, dates, number of nights, room number, etc., must be changed on the actual reservation (Res# displayed for reference).  These changes automatically update the week.

Giving the owner an additional week outside of their contract ownership (bonus time, "home" time, or various other property-specific use) is the only time a Contract Property uses the Add Weeks screen.

Contract#

Owners can have multiple contracts: multiple annual ownerships, multiple biennial ownerships, multiple room numbers, etc.  Select the Contract for which the week is to be added.

Enter the year when the extra week falls.
