Overview
When adding an activity to reservation associated with an activity vendor, the activity vendor master must exist prior to making the reservation. All activity vendor functions work on a single activity vendor (add, change, delete, etc.). The selected form (change, delete, etc.) displays in front; however the Analysis displays in the background. Once the function is complete (changes made, etc.), the form closes and the Analysis screen with the selected activity vendor remains.
Activity Vendors should not to be confused with Work Order Vendors. Activity Vendors are those available when adding activities to reservations. Activity Vendors are accessed from the Master main menu only. Work Order Vendors are also
listed in the Masters main menu and available from the Work Orders main menu
when the RZ Work Orders & Asset Management module is installed.
