CRM - Change Records

(Customer Relationship Management (RX) module required.)

Change Guest

To change information, click Change from CRM Navigation, the CRM main menu, from the CRM Navigation page, or double-click a record in the List.  Change screen appears with the Find Guest screen if no guest was originally selected.  Make necessary changes and save when finished. 

Tabs available when changing a CRM record are:  Details (which offers Phone, E-mail, Airlines , and Points Summary), Contacts, Room Preferences, Comments, Notes, Guest History, Custom Fields, and Points.
