Management Master

The management master is necessary for trust accounting and can be added or changed but not deleted.  Using the "separate property" method is useful in managing permissions giving some persons access to the property's operating accounts, while giving different people access to the property's trust accounts.  Such separation can help reduce the opportunities for embezzlement.

The Management Master screen holds the property's contact information and tabs for Notes, Comments, and Transactions.

Add
There is only one management master.  Select Add/Change Management Master from the Accounting | Trust Accounting main menu, Accounting Navigation, or Navigation page.  Enter the title of the property into the required Name field and any available contact information.  Click the Phone Numbers tab and the "Add Phone Number" button to enter any and all telephone numbers, and click the E-mail Address tab and the "Add Email Address" button to enter any and all e-mail addresses.  There are tabs available for Notes, Comments, and Transactions.   Click Save or Save & Close.
