RDPWin Crystal Viewer Installation Instructions

 

Important Points for Installing

• The RDPWin Crystal Viewer only needs to be installed on each workstation or terminal server once.
• View the New Features for RDPWin.

 

Crystal Viewer Download Instructions

To download the New RDPWin update, follow the steps below.

1. Click on Download Crystal Update link and save (do not run) the CrystalUpdate.exe to ..\..\RDP\RDPWinsetup folder.  If this folder does not exist, create it. 
2. Select yes to replace the existing file.
3. Select Close.

Crystal  Viewer Installation Directions

The Crystal 10 viewer must be installed only once on all computers running  RDPWin.
