Editing Email confirmations with Notepad

Overview

The IRM uses Email confirmations that are text files. Many IRM guests have email servers or accounts that will not display HTML. These text files are best edited through Notepad. Front Page has been known to add too many paragraphs to the text files. If your email confirmations have too many lines between text, you can take the <p>, </p> or <br> tags out of the EmailConfirmbottom.txt.htm and the EmailConfirmtop.txt.htm out of the HTML code.

The simplest and best way to edit IRM Email confirmations, is to use Notepad. 

Edit the EmailConfirmbottom.txt. and the EmailConfirmtop.txt.
