While accessing pages from the IRM, a "page cannot be displayed" message appears. If the IRM folder or specific ".asp" page has been deleted from the IRM Bridge Server, the page cannot be displayed.
When the above message is displayed, make sure the IRM folder and/or page exists. Using Windows Explorer on the IRM Bridge Server, browse to the c:/inetpub/wwwroot/irm folder. If this folder does not exist, download an IRM update from www.resortdata.com.
