Under certain conditions, the following error may be encountered when processing a credit card transaction in RDP's Internet Reservation Module (IRM).

  1. Access the IRM Monitor.
  2. In the "Appearance" section, make sure the Background Image for the Banner is stored in Inetpub/wwwroot/Irm/Bg folder.
