The following error can be encountered when sufficient rights are not granted to the Power User group on the IRM Bridge Server

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01FB)
An exception occurred: 'GetIRMPath'
/irm/Startup.asp, line 53

In order to correct this error, verify the following installation steps have been completed successfully.

1. The Power User group on the IRM Bridge Server has been granted "Full Control" of Pervasive registry keys.
2. IUSR_IRMBridgeServer has been added to the Power User group on the IRM Bridge Server.
