Error - Page Cannot be Displayed

When the "SSL Security" option is selected in the "IRM Options" page without a security certificate installed on the IRM Bridge Server, the IRM returns the following error:

Error - Page Cannot be Displayed

This error appears on any secured page, including Res1.asp, ResTA.asp, CCard1.asp, CCard2.asp, CCardRetry.asp, and Confirm1.asp.  In addition, the error "Cannot find server or DNS error" displays at the bottom of the page.

In order to resolve this problem, un-check the option for "SSL Security" in the IRM Options page, from the IRM monitor screen.
