IRM "Access Denied" Error

RDP has encountered the following security error while accessing the IRM’s "Monitor.asp" page.

Most likely, the error is due to security restrictions on the \INETPUB\WWWROOT\IRM folder.  Use the following steps for checking the security settings on this folder.

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Browse to the INETPUB\WWWROOT\IRM folder.
3. Right-click the IRM folder and select "Properties".  Select the "Security" tab.
4. Be sure the anonymous user has rights to the IRM folder. By default, Windows 2000 grants the group "Everyone" full control of the IRM folder. However, if the folder's default security has been changed, the anonymous user may not have sufficient rights for displaying IRM pages.
