Tape Chart Does Not Display
Screen Resolutions

The new controls on top of the tape chart makes the bottom and the top collide at 800 x 600 so there is no room for the tape chart to paint on the screen at all.

Solution

RDPWin version 1.280 and higher checks for the screen resolution of the workstation on which it is running. Certain screens in RDPWin such as the Tape Chart will not function on a low resolution screen. The resolution must be at least 1024 x 768 for RDPWin to run and display properly. If the resolution is lower than 1024 x 768, the system issue a warning and then stops. To change the resolution on a screen:

  1. Right-click on the desktop area and select "Properties" from the list.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Adjust the "Screen resolution" slider to a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
  4. Click OK.
