CRMWeb Updates

When upgrading the CRMWeb version to 2.059 or higher, the following steps must be taken for the upgrade to be successful:

1. Install the updates for RDP-DOS, RDPWin, IRM.Net and GDS before updating CRMWeb.
2. Click here to download the CRMWeb - Revision 2.095.06 (5/9/2011). A screen similar to the following displays:
   
3. Click Save to store the file in c:\IRMSETUP (the root drive of the IRM bridge computer).  If the folder c:\IRMSETUP does not exist, create it.
4. Once saved, click Run.  Follow the prompts to complete the update process.
   
5. To verify the update was successful, start the CRMWeb on the IRM bridge computer by typing in localhost/CRM/Logon.aspx into a web browser.  Verify the version at the bottom of the page.  In the example shown below, the version is CRMWeb2.071
