Issue

On Windows 7, Server 2008 or Vista when running any reports, the following error appears:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D21A9244-0817-46B1-AEF9-360DCE813BA9} failed due to the following error: 80040154. (Trace: ReporterMain-LoadControl)

Solution:

1. Download RDPWin Crystal 10 Viewer from http://support.resortdata.com, click RDPWin Updates Ver. 3
2. Click RDPWin Updates, click Download Crystal Update  http://support.resortdata.com/updates/UserText/UpdateCrystalInstructions.htm
3. Once the update is downloaded, Right-click and select Run as Administrator
4. Run the CrystalUpdate.exe and take all the defaults, click Finish
