Configuration System Failed to Initialize

Issue

When trying to log into RDPWin on certain workstations, the following error occurs:

Solution

  1. Open Windows Explorer (Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer).
  2. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings.
  3. Navigate to the folder of the user that is logged into the Workstation
  4. Navigate to Application Data | Resort_Data_Processing and delete the folder beginning with RDPWin.exe_URL
  5. Try to log into RDPWin again.  The login should then be successful.
