Release Authorizations

There are some processors that only allow voice release of authorizations.  When a customer tries to release an authorization through RDPWin in these cases, the processor responds to the request with Error 59 as shown here:


This error is generated by the processor and not RDPWin.  In these cases, the customer must call the processor and request the authorization to be released.
