Pervasive 9 Error Causes Masters List to Break in
RDPWin Version 2.xxx

Issue
Customers running Pervasive 9 or higher will get the following
error when accessing the RDPWin->Masters->Work Order Vendors->List:

Solution

If running less than
Pervasive 9, DO NOT RUN THIS FIX.
- All users must log out of RDPWin and RDP-DOS.
- On the RDP data server go to Start, Settings, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, Services.
- Right-click on the Pervasive.SQL (transactional
& relational or work group) engine and select Stop.
- On the data server, open Windows Explorer.

Download the hotfix035.zip file from ftp.resortdata.com\public\programs
- Save the file to
c:\rdpnt\rdp\temp folder.
- Unzip the HotFix_035.zip file to c:\PVSW\Bin.
- Answer Yes to any prompt to overwrite files.
If you are unable to overwrite the files, reboot the RDP data
server.
- Return to Start, Settings, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, Services.
- Right-click on the Pervasive.SQL engine
(transactional & relational or work group) and select Start.
- Close Windows Explorer.
- Start RDPWin to confirm that Masters/Work Order
Vendors/List successfully displays.
