Last Four Digits of Credit Card # on Transaction Description

Added: 11/21/01 - Version:  12.02

Occasionally, properties will have a folio where payments are made using different credit cards.  With Version 12.02, Revision 185, the last four digits of the credit card number can be displayed on the folio transaction, as displayed below: 

To Enable

1. Update to the most current revision of Version 12.02.
2. If the Credit Card Transaction codes have not been modified, follow the steps below.  If they have been modified, contact RDP Support.
   

   A.	From the Main Menu, select 99 - System Utilities Menu, 997 - UPD File Utility.
   B.	Select 1 - Update TABLEFILE.DAT from UPD
   C.	Type CCARD.UPD at the prompt, as displayed below.
   D.	<Enter>.  Only Credit Card transactions posted after the upd is run will display the last four digits of the credit card.

To Disable

Edit all appropriate Credit Card Transactions.  Remove %%C.
