<F3 - LOOK> for General Ledger Accounts

Overview

The latest release of Version 12.02 includes the ability to press <F3> and view a list of general ledger accounts while printing the "370" - "Daily Manager's Report".  The <F3 - LOOK> key is active at the "Beginning" and "Ending" general ledger account prompts.  An example is displayed below.

While printing the Daily Manager's Report (option 370) on the Night Audit menu, press <F3 - LOOK> at the "Beginning" and/or "Ending" general ledger account number prompt.

Press <F3> for a list of general ledger accounts.

Highlight the appropriate account and press <ENTER> in order to select it.

To Enable

Update to the most Version 12.02, revision #130.

To Disable

This feature is active in all Version 12.02 systems, revision #130 and higher.
