Switch 424-14: Require an E-Mail Address for Pre-Assign and Inventory Reservations

Overview

With the most recent release of Version 12.02 (revision #125), it is possible to require reservationists to enter an e-mail address for pre-assign and inventory reservations.  With switch #424-14 set to YES, the following prompt displays when a reservation is filed without an e-mail address.

To Enable

1. Update to the most current release of Version 12.02.

2. Set switch 424-14 to YES.

To Disable

Leave switch #424-14 set to NO (the default).
