Improved Look Screens for Condominium Customers

Added: 8/1/2000 - Version - 12.02 and Higher

Overview

For condominium customers running Version 12.02 (revision #104), <F5 - LOOK> screens now display nearly all room specific information. In previous RDP versions, inquiring on room specific information using <F5> produced the following look screen.

Comparing the above <F5 - LOOK> screen to the actual data input screen accessed with RDP200 on the Room Master menu, there were several fields missing, including address and phone number information. The data input screen accessed with RDP200 on the Room Master menu is displayed below.

Several condominium customers who manage several properties frequently refer to the address and phone number fields stored on the Room Master screen. With these fields now accessible from practically any RDP menu or screen, finding this valuable information is only a few key strokes away. The improved <F5 - LOOK> screen for room masters is displayed below.

To Enable

In order to access the new <F5 - LOOK> screens described above, RDP module "R3" - "Whole Owner Billing" must be installed.
Update to Version 12.02, revision #104.

To Disable

This feature is active in all Version 12.02 systems, revision #104 and higher. (Assuming that RDP module R3 is installed.)
