Viewing the RDP Log File

Added: 7/11/2000 - Version - 12.02 and Higher

Overview

The RDP Log File has been enhanced in Version 12.02.  In previous RDP versions, only the current month's log file could be accessed from option 908 on the System Utilities menu.  Now, with Version 12.02, option 908 prompts for the month and year prior to displaying the log, preventing the user from having to open a previous month's log file with a text editor.

Option 908 on the System Utilities menu contains the following selections.

After selecting option 1, 2, or 3 above, the system now prompts for the year and month for displaying the system log file.

To Enable

Update to Version 12.02, revision #96.

To Disable

This feature is active in all Version 12.02 systems (revision #96 and higher).
