Overview
When making changes to reservation arrival and departure dates for in-house guests with RDP120, the following message displays if the number of nights exceeds 125.
Note that the above message alerts the clerk that the guest can be checked in for 125 additional days. It also provides the latest departure date available and the TOTAL number of nights the reservation will be in-house. Although a reservation may initially be made for a maximum of 125 nights, the departure date may be extended once it is checked-in.
To Enable
Update to Version 12.02, revision #81.
To Disable
This feature is active in all Version 12.02 systems (revision #81 and higher).
