New Switch - #423-16

Added 4/28/00 - Version - 12.02 and Higher

Overview

A new switch has been added to Version 12.02, #423-16 - Require Entry for Cancellation Reason.  With switch #423-16 set to YES, a reason is required when canceling a reservation.  When a reservation is canceled, the following prompt displays.

With switch #423-16 set to YES, the following message is displayed when a reservation is canceled and a reason is NOT entered.

To Enable

1. Update to Version 12.02, revision #73.
2. Set switch #423-16 to YES.

To Disable

Set switch #423-16 to NO.
