Switch 423-15: Displaying <F6 - NOTES> at Checkout

Added 3/22/00 - Version - 12.02 and Higher

Overview

A new switch has been added to Version 12.02, #423-15 - Auto Pop-Up Notes during Checkout. With switch #423-15 set to YES, <F6 - NOTES> are automatically displayed as part of the checkout process. For example, when a clerk accesses a reservation using option "131" - "Checkout and Print Folio" and presses <ENTER> to check the guest out, the system automatically displays reservation notes, seen below.

Note: The <F6 - NOTES> window only displays when a reservation note exists.

To Enable

Update to Version 12.02, revision #66.
Set switch #423-15 to YES.

To Disable

Set switch #423-15 to NO.
