Switch 425-5: Require Entry of Phone 1 and Phone 2 on New Reservation

When making a new reservation, Phone 1 and Phone 2 fields may be set to require data entry. A new switch has been added to Version 12.02, Revision 200, "#425-5" - "Require Entry of Phone 1 and Phone 2 for New Reservations" to accomplish this. With the switch set to YES, the system will prompt for Phone 1 and Phone 2 when filing a reservation. The prompt is displayed below.

To Enable

Update to the most current revision of Version 12.02.
Set switch #425-5 to YES.

To Disable

Set switch #425-5 to NO (the default).
