Welcome to the RDP online support ticketing system. Inquiries for assistance submitted from this website will receive priority over all other support inquiries. RDP Support 's average response time to open tickets is targeted at one hour.  When the support office encounters a high volume of inquiries, this response time may be longer.  RDP Support will make every effort to reply to all inquires during the same business day.

Issues reported using this system will receive responses during normal RDP business hours. If you are submitting issues outside of normal business hours, you should expect to receive a response from RDP support during the next business day.

To begin the process of opening a support ticket, enter your RDP serial number. If you need help finding your serial number, click on the link below.

Your first time logging on your Password will be RDP.


PLEASE NOTE: The RDP Support Office is now closed. Any tickets created after normal business hours will receive a response after 7AM MST on the next business day.
