Welcome to the RDP Customer Portal. Requests for assistance submitted from this website will receive priority over all other support requests. The average response time is targeted at 1 hour.  When the support office encounters a high volume of requests, the response time may be longer.  RDP Support will make every effort to reply to all requests during the same business day.  See: RDP Support Business Hours

Requests reported using the portal will receive responses during normal RDP business hours.  If the request is submitted outside of normal business hours, you should expect to receive a response the next business day.  If this is an after hours emergency, please see 24 hour emergency support.

To begin the process, enter your e-mail address and password.  This is your individual contact e-mail address and password on record with RDP Support.  If you need login assistance, call 970-845-7108 For new customers, your first time password will be RDP.  Once logged in, you can do the following:

  • Click the Tickets tab and then use the icons in the upper left to add, view or modify a ticket.
  • Click the New Features tab and add an enhancement request.
  • Use the Edit Profile link in the upper right to change modify your password.
  • The Wiki tab will display customer support documents.  This is a feature coming in the future.
