Any reference to CRM, Enhanced Housekeeping, Work Orders and Asset Management, Reporter, and Stats will only be appropriate and active if the customer has purchased each of these modules.

Pervasive Version 9.52 or Higher Required

Version 2.040 was the last release for customers using Pervasive Version 8. All new features, bug fixes and enhancements will only be added to the RDPWin Version for Pervasive 9/10. Pervasive 8 customers can use this last release while planning the upgrade to Pervasive 9/10. It is highly recommended that Pervasive is upgraded as soon as possible, as it is required on all future updates.

IRM.net

Configuration | Reservations Tab | Guest Login with CRM ID or E-mail: When selected, guests can log into the IRM.net to make reservations using their CRM# or E-mail address. When not selected, guests must login using their Guest History# or E-mail address.
Configuration | Reservations Tab | Login with Guest History Number or E-mail: When selected, guests can log into the IRM.net to make reservations using their Guest History# or E-mail address. When not selected, guests must login using their CRM# or E-mail address.
Configuration | Appearance Tab | Window Width/Height: When Show Room Details Using URL from Room Master is checked, set the size of the Room Detail window.
Display Detail Pictures Above Long Description: When checked, the detail images of the rooms are displayed above the long description when room details are shown within the IRM page. When not checked, the detail images are displayed below the description.

Menu Security | UI Security | Early Check-out: Use the UI settings to set which and how many options are available when checking out a reservations early. Separate settings are available for changing the departure date and deleting transactions (check out early and not collect any charges for nights missed), changing the departure date and the transaction dates (check out early with new departure date while still collecting charges for nights missed), and leaving the departure and transaction dates as is (check out early without changing the departure date and still collecting charges for missed nights).

Masters

Owners | Owner Detail Tab | Do Not E-mail Owner Statements: When checked, owner statements are not e-mailed to the owners when the E-mail Owner Statements process is run for some or all owners. Properties must print and mail statements to owners with this setting checked.
Owners | Owner Detail Tab | Direct Deposit - Do Not Generate a Check: This can be used for owners that have direct deposit and do not receive a check. When the statement is finalized for an owner with this check box set, RDPWin will not generate a check voucher and will put a wire transfer code (B7DA) on the owner master instead of a check voucher (B7D7) code.

On the Owner Statement screen, if a single owner is being processed, the Finalize tab will now show the check box for Direct Deposit. This check box reflects the setting for the owner selected and is disabled so it cannot be changed. If Direct Deposit is on for the owner, the print and generate check voucher check boxes will be disabled.

For finalizing multiple owners, the Direct Deposit check box will not show, but the Direct Deposit setting for each owner will be used while finalizing.
Owners | Owner Detail Tab | Suspend Ownership: When checked, the owner is unable to make reservations for whatever reason the property deems appropriate such as non-payment, etc. For timeshare properties, this also suspends the ability to add/change contracts and weeks.

Zip Code Fields

When entering the zip code on any form where the address information can be entered, the system automatically updates the city and state information based on the zip code entered - provided the city has not already been entered.
