Any reference to CRM, Enhanced Housekeeping, Work Orders and Asset Management, Reporter, and Stats will only be appropriate and active if the customer has purchased each of these modules.
Revision 2.069 (Released 07/06/08)
Version 2.040 was the last release for customers using Pervasive Version 8. All new features, bug fixes and enhancements will only be added to the RDPWin Version for Pervasive 9/10. Pervasive 8 customers can use this last release while planning the upgrade to Pervasive 9/10. It is highly recommended that Pervasive is upgraded as soon as possible, as it is required on all future updates.
Day End / Night Audit
- Reset Availability
- Select "Reset Availability" from the Day End or Night Audit menu to run the RDP-DOS 995 Utility.
If the customer has a UNC defined for the RDPRoot directory (i.e., \\Server01\RDP1202) instead of a drive letter (like R:\RDP1202) then the following dialog is displayed:

Once a valid path is entered (or selected using the folder icon) 995 will run. This path entered is saved in TablFile WHERE TableID='C1' AND SubRecord='995DRV' so that the customer doesn’t have to keep selecting the drive over and over every time 995 is run from RDPWin.

Masters
- Owners | Configuration | Timeshare
- Timeshare configuration has been separated from the Owner Configuration tabs. When Timeshare & Interval Ownership Module R6 is installed, the Configuration menu offers a submenu choice of Owners or Timeshare from the the Masters/Owners and Owners main menus.

Tabs available for Timeshare Configuration are: General, Contracts, Weeks, Reservations, Week Patterns, and Point Transactions.

Housekeeping
- Configuration | Misc Tab | Initial Sort By Next Arrival Date
- When checked, the cleans are assigned to boards based on "next arrival date" initially and then any other assignment settings (using zones, room numbers, or room sequence). An example might be that Boards 1 through 3 consist of cleans arriving today and Board 4 through 6 consist of cleans arriving tomorrow and so on, giving the housekeeping staff a clear vision of which boards must be completed first so rooms are clean and ready for the earliest anticipated arrivals.
This feature only affects the assignment to boards and not the order in which the cleans are displayed or listed on the boards once created.
- Configuration | Misc Tab | Schedule Lock-off Master if Reservation is in the Master Unit
- When not checked, lock-off subunits are always added to the schedule. (This is the way housekeeping has worked in the past.)
When checked, the reservation in the room determines whether the master or subunits are added to the schedule. If the reservation is made for the master – the master is added to the schedule. If the reservation(s) are for the subunits, then the subunits are added to the schedule. If there is no reservation in the room, then the subunits are added to the schedule.
